1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum required information to provide, secure, and bill our hosting services:

• Account Details: Full name, email address, username, and encrypted password hash (utilizing industry-standard Argon2/Bcrypt salting).
• Billing Data: Transaction reference IDs, invoice addresses, and payment method identifiers. Note: FuriousCloud never stores your raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address used to log into the client panel, browser user agent, session timestamps, and server resource metrics (CPU/RAM load) required to operate the infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is utilized strictly for operational purposes:

• Automated server deployment and provisioning via our panel APIs.
• Processing renewals, invoices, and refunds.
• Mitigating abusive attacks, unauthorized intrusions, and security violations.
• Providing human technical support via tickets and Discord community linking.
• Sending critical transactional alerts (e.g., node maintenance, invoice reminders).

3. Payment Security & Encryption

All financial transactions on FuriousCloud are handled through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateways and verified UPI protocols. All network communications are encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols with modern cipher suites.

4. Server Content & Customer Data

The files, world saves, databases, scripts, and logs that you upload to your server are your exclusive property. FuriousCloud staff will never inspect, browse, copy, or download your private files unless explicitly authorized by you during an active support ticket investigation, or when required by a legally binding court order.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

When a server is terminated or cancelled, your container filesystem and associated volume storage are permanently overwritten and purged from our storage arrays after a 7-day retention grace period. You may request full account deletion and data scrubbing at any time by submitting a verified ticket to our Data Protection Officer.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight, strictly essential cookies and browser local storage only to maintain your authenticated login session, preserve your shopping cart state, and remember your dashboard UI preferences. We do not embed third-party advertising tracking pixels or surveillance beacons.

7. Your Privacy Rights
